Do you have locker rooms?

No, Cyclone has 2 restrooms that can be used for changing. We have storage cubes for personal items. No showers

Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?

We sell reusable water bottles that you can fill up with our water fountain in the studio or you can bring your own. 

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. It’s important for us to know who’s riding with us and to have all of your contact information. 

Do I have to have bike shoes?

No, our bikes are equipped with a cage on one side and SPD compatible clips on the other.  We do recommend bike shoes for a better ride.

How early should I come? 

If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 10 minutes after class starts.

What do I need to wear?

We suggest a t-shirt or tank top and form-fitting pants or shorts. 

What is Cyclone's cell phone policy?

We ask that cell phones be turned off and put away once you enter the studio. 

How do I redeem groupon?
