Muscular Endurance is focus from start to finish.This 30/30 class will give you a heart pounding jolt on the Spin Bikes for 30 minutes. Expect short, strong intervals with hill climbs and sprints. The core muscular endurance phase of a Boot Camp class, calling on those muscles we will use through the powerful Spin sprint including upper body, lower body, core and more. All you have to do is start.. we will help you with the rest.

Approximately 60,000 Americans are diagnosed with Parkinson's disease each year, and this number does not reflect the thousands of cases that go undetected. This is why WWAP classes are so important.
Exercise not only improves your general health, it has specific physical, mental and emotional benefits as you live well with Parkinson’s. 
Spinning for Parkinson’s- Low impact aerobic exercise has been proven to help slow down the effects of Parkinson's. 
Cyclone indoor Cycling has teamed with DAPS (Dallas Area Parkinsonism Society) 
Cyclone has designed a class called WWAP ( Win the War against Parkinson)
This is a 45 minute low impact spin class, designed for people in the early stages of Parkinson's disease. This class will include light stretching and low impact bike ride. 

HOW DOES EXERCISE HELP IN PD?
Medical research on the impact of exercise on Parkinson’s disease has produced some exciting results, especially from “goal-based exercise,” which aims to stimulate the development of repairs to areas with particular deficits. Indoor Cycling has been proven to help alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD) by 35%. No matter what you like to do, the most important key to exercising - keep moving!

Tabata abs classes

The best belly fat-melting method is Tabata intervals. 
In this 30 min class you will get everything you need to achieve a strong and sexy stomach. This class will combine Ab rollers and Tabata interval training. 
This has high intensity 20 second work periods and 10 ten second rest periods, working the upper and lower oblique muscles.

All you have to bring is your motivation and willingness to push yourself, and I will take care of the rest.  (space is limited to 10 students). Sign up now!
